EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: CARLOS NIEVES
When we asked our management team why Carlos Nieves should be the employee of the month, the response was, "Because everyone wants him on their crew." Celebrating his 3rd year with PDI Construction, Carlos is a team favorite as well as client favorite. Carlos has cross-trained in several disciplines which makes him versatile in any situation. It is our pleasure to name Carlos Nieves as PDI Construction's Employee of the Month.
